The kitchen table seats 18 people, and kitchen has 24 place settings. There is a wet bar and breakfast bar with stools. The Villa sits on 3 beach front lots expanding 180 feet. Plenty of outside furniture and seating areas. Additional amenities include 4 Palapas, 2 Gazebos, 2 Propane Barbecues, 2 Fire pits, and 2 Outdoor showers.
